wuta craaazy weekend.

got pulled over by the cops 3 times..2 of the 3 times were within 30 min apart..and the most ridiculous part of it all was that i almost got a DUI when i in fact didnt even drive at all...good news is that we got off on all the accounts..here's wut happened...

leaving athens on thur..of all the times to listen to me give directions, Al decides that now is the time to listen to drunk yvonne..of course we drive around in circles and Al is getting more pissed by the minute...when we finally get onto 316 my constant badgering abt whether he is ok to drive gets to the point where he cant take it anymore and he pulls to the side of the rode so that i can drive...this normally wouldnt be a problem except that i have no idea how to drive a stick....so then begins my lesson on driving stick while im pretty much hammered...after abt 30 sec of me being in the drivers seat i see blue lights flashing...the cop asks if we had any drinks tonight and just as Al says we had only a few, i say that i had absolutely nothing meanwhile hank is passed out in the back seat...so now i have to get out and do the whole sobriety test thingy all the while knowing that im failing it miserably...im not sure wut was wrong w/ this cop but i know i was a stumbling fool on the side of the rode..so he tells Al that i am borderline from failing the test and Al being the genius he is volunteers to take the test...of course he passes and we r on our merry way back to atlanta...

the moral of the story...it might not be a good idea for a driving lesson at 4am, especially when ur wasted...

i love my job.

i get to rehab people to teach them how to walk again from varying diagnoses such as strokes, brain injuries, to those involved in car accidents...but lately it has become both physically and mentally draining...my arms are pretty much shaking by the time i get home from work and they feel like jello from having to lift people who weigh twice as much as i do b/c they are too weak to stand...not only that but half of my patients cant even talk or even if they do talk i cant understand the words that r coming outta their mouths...talk abt frustrating...im already burned out...last week was unbelievabley difficut..its kinda sad to feel like either drinking or crying after getting home from work, dont u think??

my brain is physically tired of having to think all day long..so this weekend my brain is on vacation and its time to play for the next 4 days straight  =)

*sigh*...Al, you are right...we are gonna die....

this is totally random..but nothing is more annoying than when a guy tries to talk to u even when he's in a committed relationship...whats even more annoying than that is having to tell a guy literally 10 times that u just wanna be friends...some guys will never get it

so here's how cali went:

50% spent shopping- clothes there are great..i was in heaven

30% spent eating- probably gained 10lbs but it was worth it..if i lived there i would never again have to lift a finger to cook b/c they have everything u can think of already made and ready to eat

20% spent driving aimlessly- b/t me, my sister, and a map we still managed to spend 3 hours lost trying to meet up some friends..by the time we met up w/ them we were pissed and tired so we turned right around and went home..of course we also got lost trying to get home and wasted another 2 hours 

if i can help it, NEVER AGAIN will i fly anywhere unless its a direct flight..took freakin 18 hours to get from CA to GA b/c of delays and missing connecting flights. what a nightmare..and then we lost 3 bags of luggage which we're supposedly gonna get in a day or two...

i managed to drive back from atlanta with my lights off for an hour and a half in the dark. dont ask. i amaze myself more and more each day.

weekend sucked. got my license taken away and was threatened that if i ever step foot on vision property again i will be arrested. lost my check card too. at least i got to see all my friends. they make me feel very loved =)
